Click the code with your left mouse button to select all code. Use Ctrl+C, or the copy option from your right mouse button menu, to copy the code.

Open the HTML page where you want to insert the code in an editor such as Notepad.

Select the location where you want the code to be placed and press Ctrl+V to paste the copied. Make sure you paste the code after the <BODY> tag and before the </BODY> tag.
